In addition to Edge on English class offerings, some students may want to receive general, WPE, or TOEFL Tutoring Assistance, as well. To accommodate students throughout the academic year (August-June), we provide Online and Telephone Tutoring Assistance from Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 9 am-9 pm, Pacific Time.
Email-attached documents in the .doc, .txt, .rtf, .jpg, and .pdf file formats are permitted. Any remaining Tutoring session time will be credited only to the original credit card used.
To participate in our Tutoring Assistance program, students must do the following:
1. Create a user name and password and complete a student profile.
2. Click on one of the highlighted minute links below.
3. Pay for Tutoring Assistance by credit card.
4. Send the in-progress work, or information about the homework assignment, to us via email (use the help@edgeonenglish.com address), with or without attached documents.
5. In the email message, be sure to include a telephone number of where the student can be reached so that one of our Tutors can provide online and/or telephone tutoring assistance.
Note: For students who need to prepare for the WPE or TOEFL exam, in your email message (use the help@edgeonenglish.com address), please state whether you need to study all four exam parts (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) or only a specific part. Please also tell us when is your anticipated test date.
Edge on English e-gift cards may also be purchased for Tutoring Assistance in whatever dollar amount the gift-giver chooses.
